When I started ZB Marketing, I knew what I did: social media management, content creation, sale videos, sale photos, advertisements, and more. I knew the "what" backward and forward – but I couldn’t yet put my finger on my “why.” It wasn’t until I started looking deeper that I realized understanding this “why” was the key to taking the leap and making this my full-time passion.
I owe a lot of this clarity to a professor who pointed out something so simple but game-changing – she reminded me that my heart has always been in the equine industry. She encouraged me to take this love and turn it into something real, something that lets me help others who share that passion for all things horses and riding.
That’s why I’m here. I’m passionate about connecting equine businesses with their audiences in ways that feel real, strategic, and impactful. Because marketing isn’t just about making pretty content; it’s about sharing what makes your business special, what keeps you doing what you do every day.
I’m starting this blog to share a little bit about myself and, hopefully, provide you with insights that can make a difference in your marketing journey. I want to give you a piece of advice I learned firsthand: if you’re building or running a business, take a moment to step back and ask yourself why you’re doing it. It sounds simple, but knowing this can bring your work into focus and add a whole new level of purpose to your strategy.
So, find that “why” and let it fuel your business decisions, your marketing plan, and the stories you share with your audience. When your marketing reflects your passion and purpose, it resonates – and that’s what turns audiences into loyal clients.
