thanK you aIMee: How this Taylor Swift song gave me the drive to start my business.

I was driving down the road listening to the Tortured Poets Department and it hit me. Why am I letting people dictate the path I choose in life? I have always possessed the entrepreneurial spirit, so why not build on that and go for something I have been thinking about for quite a while.

This song hit home with me because it made me realize how much I let negative energy affect the decisions in my life. I am tired of listening to all the negative comments. This is why I started ZB Marketing. I have grown up in the agricultural and equine industry my entire life. Through my job experiences and degrees, I have also came to the conclusion that I have a knack for helping market businesses within these industries.

Through ZB Marketing I have found my niche and I enjoy everything about this business. My favorite part is getting to truly know my clients so I can make tailored marketing decisions that not only represent their business, but the people who are behind the business. Marketing is only effective if you can convey the "why" they started their business and not just the "what" they do.

I started this blog to hopefully show people who I am as a person and the values I started my business on. I want to share my journey with all of you, and be able to provide some advice that you can implement in your own businesses.
